Ski Beatz, record producer, musician and MC originally from North Carolina was discovered in New York City by DJ Clark Kent. Ski was originally known as "MC Will-Ski" and in the '80s was a member of Original Flavor, the first group managed by Damon Dash. In the mid-'90s, Ski produced four tracks on Jay-Z's debut, Reasonable Doubt>. After that album's critical success, Ski continued to work with Jay-Z while also producing for Camp Lo. In 2009, Ski linked back up with Damon Dash, joining his DD172 Media Collective, subsequently nicknamed the 24 Hour Karate School. Since the foundation of the studio enclave, Ski has worked with a number of artists including Curren$y, Jim Jones, Wiz Khalifa and others. 24 Hour Karate School Part II is the follow up to 2010's Part I and features GLC, Cassidy, L.E.P., Mikey Rocks and more.
