Skot Alexander (vocals), Christian Wabschall (guitar), and Ferdinand Cudia (drums) comprise the disorderly trio behind the frenzied sounds of 400 Blows. Having spent the late '90s crafting a maddening stage presence around a punk-inspired metal sound, 400 Blows emerged as one of the toughest bands on the Los Angeles rock circuit.
