Afrirampo are Oni & Pika from Osaka, Japan. Since 2002 they have performed together on guitar and drums in a strange but insistent rock format, trading nonsensical words and phrases, often building to a frenzied climax. They have previously released 6 albums, including one on Tzadik. Here they join with the infamous Acid Mothers Temple for 3 extended pieces, mixed and producted by AMT's Makoto.
