Sigur Rós is an Icelandic four-piece conjuring soundscapes and dreams built merely from bass, keyboard & drums, and guitars played with violin bows, who sing in their own language, Hopelandic. Musically, the band is an intense blend of ethereal guitar and angelic vocals.
