A "fusion soul" album with roots in jazz, spoken word, drum n bass, dub, world music and some sounds that have yet to even be named. Daniel plays and programs all the instruments here with a little help from the likes of JOSH ABRAMS (Town & Country), JEFF PARKER (Tortoise/Isotope) and FRED LONBERG HOLM (countless bands, and a fine solo disc--EXP01). Daniel is a former member of Chicago's DEADLY DRAGON SOUND SYSTEM who were a DJ collective with a very successful Sunday night dub set at the Empty Bottle. He's also recently been associated with the new ATMOSPHERIC AUDIO CHAIR, a group of free-thinking ambient DJs. This release is cool and struts itself all over the musical map. Something for everyone!
