Lou Rone moved to England after band mate of The Harlows Johnny Thunders' outfit the New York Dolls started to take off in '69. He had hopes of becoming the Yardbird's 4th guitarist but his dream was dashed as Keith Relf had left the band at the time.
Restless to play he started performing clubs in London with the likes of Jeff Beck, Roger Glover and Keith Moon.
