Ama

The first LP of a trio from San Sebastian called Ama. Said this way, this new Jabalina's reference, wouldn't be more than, in principle and as the opposite is not proven, one more bet of the label at the time to make new projects and new talented iniciatives known, inside spanish independent pop scene, if it wouldn't be for what's behind this beautiful three-letters word. Without throwing bells to the sky, AMA, spite of their recent being, far from being a promise, is the splendid reality that form the eleven songs that are in this album. A record that undoubtly will mark, if not an era (that just time will tell), the way and the occuring of Jabaline in the coming times. Said this way, maybe could seem an affirmation too much risky and surprising. However, if we're watchful of the identity of its members (Gorka Ochoa, and the brothers Javier and Borja Sanchez) and of the musical origin of each one of them (La Buena Vida, El Joven Brian, Le Mans, Daily Planet...), in more than a chance shared, the illusion that the news have generated in every of each one of the people who takes part of this label, can be probably well understood.
