Amorphic Winged

Sonically, Amorphic Winged is a departure for Mazurek. Most of the tracks were compiled at Chicago's Soma Electronic Music Studio, from sonic shapes gathered from many sources including some of Rob's close friends and fellow musicians such as Ken 'Bundy' Brown (Tortoise, Gastr del Sol, Pullman, Directions in Music), Casey Rice (Designer, Super E.S.P), John Herndon, Matthew Lux, Tania Bowers and Sam Prekop (The Sea and Cake) as well as Robs trusty computer. Enlisting the help of Mike Kandel (Tranquility Bass, Commander Mindfuck, High Lonesome Sound System), Rob shaped the sounds much as a painter applies paint to a canvas. The result is as surprising as it is beautiful.
