Matthew J Tow is also singer/songwriter for Sydney based psychedelic pop band Drop City who have toured extensively in the States with the likes of Stereolab, Yo La Tengo, Stone Roses, Plush and Luna. Drop City have recorded 3 albums, the second of which was produced by Andy Wilkinson (famous for his work with My Bloody Valentine and Stereolab] and which was released on Red Eye/Polydor.
