Bad Tits

Sebastien Grainger and Josh Reichmann have been playing music together for a while. Recording and making work for the public and for the private. They became friends a few summers ago while talking about lucid dreaming and how to make their lives better and stranger.

Bad Tits as a band, was born during a garbage workers strike in Toronto Canada. Both men come from a background of experimentation and a love of pop. They both love to record and try to create quickly and also to labour until they bleed. Bad Tits is about contradiction and confluence, attitude over aesthetic and freedom over form. They recorded their proggy/krouty/synthy/garage storm compositions while they wrote them. The songs were run through once or twice and then recorded.

More music is coming from Bad Tits, Sebastien and Josh will continue to reveal the scope ofBad Tits as they see fit. More pop, more strange sounds, more dream/tough rock, more noise and more feelings will emerge through the years. They love it. They live downtown like racoons or garbage. They will tour the world. They love Japan, they love Europe, and America. Sebastien is also a solo artist and was in the band Death From Above 1979, Josh was in the band Tangiers and records and also releases solo records under his own name. Josh Practices Shamanism and making art. Sebastien also makes things and cooks.
