Beach House Crew Neck Shirt

This is an asphalt colored Beach House crew neck shirt. It was designed by Patent Pending, and printed on American Apparel Poly-Cotton Crew Neck t-shirts in a limited edition of 180! On the heels of our 2009 Collection and driven by the same desire for impeccably designed, quality band apparel, Soundscreen Design approached five highly regarded design studios and fashion designers to create original designs for their choice of two inspiring, influential bands. The 2010 Collection features original designs, printed in limited quantities on American Apparel garments, features custom hang tags denoting designer and band.

About the Designer:
Seattle based design duo Jeff Kleinsmith and Jesse LeDoux founded Parent Pending in 1999. Kleinsmith is the long-time art director for Sub Pop Records, while LeDoux served there seven years as an art director and designer before starting an independent studio, LeDouxville. They have designed album and poster art for hundreds of bands including Nirvana, Murder City Devils, Sunny Day Real Estate, The Melvins, Iron and Wine and The Shins.

About the Band:
Begun in 2004 by Victoria Legrand and Alex Scally, Beach House is best known for their atmospheric dream pop. Formed in Baltimore, Beach House has released three full length albums to date; their first two, Beach House (2006) and Devotion (2008), were both featured on Pitchfork's Best Albums of the Year lists. Their latest album, Teen Dream (2010), was released on Sub Pop and has also received great praise.
