Bees Dream of Flowers and Your Summer's Meadow Breath

VINYL FORMAT. Bees Dream Of Flowers And Your Summer's Meadow Breath is a companion EP to ex-Jack main man Anthony Reynolds' British Ballads album (released on Hungry Hill/Spinney) last December. "Just SoYou Know" has been reworked by Anthony Whiting (producer of M.I.A., Eugene McGuinness, The Mules) from the version on British Ballads with Vashti Bunyan taking the lead vocal to sublime and atmospheric effect. "Like The Sun Feeds From Flowers" is a new song co-written with and co-sung by Charlotte Grieg. Charlotte is a singer steeped in traditional English song who has released several albums to date and currently resides in Wales, where Anthony is also based. She also put together the Lal Waterson tribute album Migrating Bird for the Honest Jon's label last year. "It Isn't So" is a demo recording of a song that was initially intended to appear on British Ballads but somehow fell by the wayside. In fact there were several other such songs too which may well make it onto a British Ballads Demo Version one day. Now it ends. Limited edition of 500 copies available in the US.
