RESTOCK. Aden is Jeff Gramm, Fred Kovey, Kevin Barker and Josh Klein. They began as a trio at the University of Chicago in 1995. After a few shows around campus, they started to play regularly at Chicago's Lounge Ax and Empty Bottle. By the time Kevin joined the band in 1997, they had recorded their debut album for Fortune4 Records and were about to embark on their first tour. Last June, Aden celebrated the release of their first album with a concert (-headlined by the Magnetic Fields-) at the Lounge Ax. Jeff and Fred moved back to DC later that month and toured through fall and winter in support of the album. Josh now works as a music-writer in Chicago. Kevin was only a freshman when he joined the band, so he has a few years of school left.
