This pre-album single serves to prepare you for the coming onslaught that is the rocking brilliance of their new release, "Favourite Worst Nightmare". Like some cruel bait-and-switch, this record opens with a lovely string quartet before a rude intrusion of frantic drums and squealing guitars send them packing (apparently inspired by The Jesus Lizard no less). The second track, "Brianstorm" barrels out of the gate with an itchy energy. "Temptation Greets You Like Your Naughty Friend" is a taut, suspenseful track featuring a guest verse from Dizzee Rascal.
