Chris Herbert lives and works in Birmingham, UK and has performed live at a series of electronica events organized by the Modulate audio/visual collective. He has also worked alongside local artists in creating sound installations reclaiming the city's post-industrial spaces.

In the autumn of that year, Chris stitched together a sequence of pieces drawn from urban field recordings which were broadcast on Resonance FM and later released as Diluted on Nottingham's fine boutique imprint, Low Point.
