Davis Hooker
DAVIS HOOKER played music under the moniker A JOHN HENRY MEMORIAL for many years, releasing tapes on Unread Records and tour-only CD-Rs on Marriage Records. His upcoming album, DAVIS HOOKER II, will be out this spring, released as a one-sided 12?. This is a joint release between Wil-Ru and Marriage Records.
In summer 2009 DAVIS HOOKER appeared on “Phoning It In”, singing songs from an unreleased self-titled album recorded in Ireland in March 2009 (which is being mixed).
