Mr. Nô (from Paris, France) and Bryan Black (from Minneapolis, MN) met when the latter saw the former playing drums at a venue in London, England. Prior to 2006's Klunk, the first Motor album, the duo released a handful of singles and remixed T. Raumschmiere, Marilyn Manson, Depeche Mode, and Throbbing Gristle. Their second album, Unhuman, followed in early 2007.
