Dirty Dozen

Miami based producer Edgar Farinas, is the mechanical voice behind Push Button Objects. His music is a canny blend of hip-hop, electro, and jungle. A key member of the Schematic label his music has also appeared on Chocolate Industries and through the U.K.-based imprint Skam. Even though hip-hop is the core element of the Farinas sound, he combines the raw beats with warped electronics, strange samples, and rhythmic derivations to create a mutant hip-hop that sounds like it originates from Betelgeuse rather than Bed Stuy.
