VINYL FORMAT. As most rock and roll bands started in someone's garage or basement or living room, Phase Selector Sound are two (ex?) punk rockers working out of their ad-hoc home studios (heavily influenced by Radio Shack equipment). They create powerful roots dub that is hypnotic, mesmerizing and trance-inducing. Influences: King Tubby, Ras Michael, Prince Far I, Alpha and Omega, Clash, Bad Brains and H.R., Bob Marley, Peter Tosh, Burning Spear, Subhumans. Crucial stuff!
