Don't Let It Slow You Down

Building off their first release, the eclectic Monkey Knife Fight, Analog Birds have finally emerged as a band ready to make the next step with Don’t Let It Slow You Down. This nine-song CD is the group's "electro-rock" album. Each song is crafted around a cut-up drum loop or drum machine track. But the band manages to maintain an organic feel by carefully integrating acoustic and electronic instruments, which run the gamut from ethnic instruments to electric guitars and drum sets. This is an album that pushes music's boundaries to the limit, displaying both Analog Birds' versatility and originality.
