What an incredibly appropriate title for A & E for their first effort after their full-length, Jesika and Justin come correct with their unique dark hinted electro twangs surrounded by looped samples and weaved into one giant package. For the same reasons we loved 'Bionic Vagina' and other cuts on their first Skam 12", "Double Entendre" possesses the same playful spirit, where it's not taking itself too seriously, but can still successfully deliver a highly enjoyable release. stutter steps abound on 'introduction to the opposites', with a familiar, Monty-Python-esque tune being ripped up and re-programmed. 'Let's Begin Now' breaks it off with lots of 'Party People' samples over some thick creepy tones and beats. As the roll-call, the shit works. Distorted, fucked-up digitali cross bred with tons of samples and midi melodies abound. 'Albino Love' is a great sample from "Gummo."
