Electricity is a solid budget-line collection that compiles highlights from Safe as Milk, Mirror Man and the Strictly Personal sessions. While the individual albums will make more sense to Beefheart collectors -- and, let's face it, if you're into Beefheart at all, chances are you're going to pick up everything he recorded -- this isn't a bad sampler for the curious.
