"Lover" whirs and twinkles amidst subtle synth elements and between the hiss of the fog machine and the whispering voice of the siren. However, there's also a tight bass line, grooving synths, and shakers that add a house-y lightness. "You Are" features a straight kickdrum paired with tribal elements and a forward-rolling synth. "Ondu" has two faces: obliging and harmonious on one side, and ruggedly dusky on the other. Ritch chops it up, isolating each effect and making it sleazy, while keeping the spleeny, schizophrenic attitude of the original.
