En' A-Free Ka EP

It is with great excitement that Plug Research welcomes the newest addition to its roster—Shafiq Husayn. His career in music spans more than two decades and Plug Research feels blessed to serve as the platform for his first album as a solo artist. Shafiq Husayn came up around the Zulu Nation in the 80’s and paid his dues producing for Ice-T during his heyday, from there he has grown as a producer, songwriter and arranger. As a founding member of Sa-Ra Creative Partners, Shafiq has been responsible for some of the most innovative music in the past ten years. Plug Research will be releasing Shafiq En’ A-Free-Ka in the fall.
