"Fishage" is the debut release by Beaters, three members of the former garage/punk/soul San Diego favorites the Sess, who disbanded after a 7" and album on Single Screen Records and a 7" on Slovenly Records. Their brand of "pre-apocalyptic" mutant punk and their tightly-controlled live chaos has earned them a fast reputation as one of the best bands in San Diego right now. Highly recommended.
