For the past five years, Omaha's Doug Kabourek has been recording and releasing (by whatever means possible) a vast catalog of beautiful pop records. Kabourek named his efforts Fizzle Like A Flood and found himself the recipient of high critical praise. With his newest disc, Kabourek has again found himself fusing a heady concept with his already finely crafted music. Those that have had the good fortune to hear Fizzle Like A Flood have all been completely astounded, and with his strongest writing and most accessible single to date, it just doesn't seem fair to keep Omaha's best kept secret to ourselves any longer.
