Chad Crouch, songwriter for indie outfit Blanket Music,has branched out into beat driven, electronic pop songs as Toothfairy. Originally just a batch of instrumental exercises, the laptop-formed songs were circulated among a small circle of friends to enthusiastic response in 2003. Over 50 songs were auditioned for vocals, the most energetic and melodic chosen for Formative as a debut reflecting a typical live set.
