Based out of sunny Brooklyn, NYC, the BROKE REVUE has been around for almost 6 years, and has released three full-lengths on such labels as In The Red Records. This is the lead single to the upcoming BROKE REVUE 2LP/CD on TMU early next year.

The band is lead by Dan Melchior, formerly of Holly Golightly (and sometimes collaborator with Billy Childish). But don't let his garage rock pedigree fool you into thinking this is another garage rehash band! The Broke Revue's sound is original and refreshing, marrying the best aspects of country, blues, psych, and R&B with a more extreme sonic approach utilizing the misanthropic fury of 70's punk and the drive of classic 60's catalysts like the Stooges and Them. Throw in a love of the bombast of hip-hop and a unique songwriting voice and you're getting close.
