2.) GEISHA GIRLS (????????) was a Japanese rap unit from 1994 to 1995 with "Ken" & "Sho" of Downtown doing vocals and rap Hitoshi Matsumoto and Masatoshi Hamada. GEISHA GIRLS band included "Ken" & "Sho" with "Koume" on keyboard and producer Ryuichi Sakamoto; "Shungiku" as DJ and producer Towa Tei; and "Katsuno" Tomie Satoshi on drums.

The trio has spent the last year playing over 100 shows, including 2 west coast tours, an appearance at SXSW, and supporting slots for legendary punk bands The Flesh Eaters, Angry Samoans, and New Model Army. September 12th sees the release of DISAPPEARING ACT, Geisha Girls debut full-length album on Number 3 Records and follow up to their self-released 12" ep and 7" single (both sold out and out of print).
