This took a while to put together. Some of these bands have not been around for almost 10 years and tracking some of the members down proved to be quite a difficult task. Also having to wait six years for the YAH MOS (GERN 034) record to "finish up" delayed things a bit. Finally here it is: The best (voted on by the bands) of Gern Blandsten Records 1992-2001 "The First 49." On this 24-track CD you will find punk, rock, pop, fire (fire), hip-hop, buzzing, whirring, vaudeville, guitars, bass, drums, keyboards, horns, computers, fuzz, swoosh, teeteetwooo, early teens, early 30s, girls, boys (notice no emo), the list could go on forever.
