Ghosty
Ghosty was born in a music venue in Lawrence, Kansas where guitarist / vocalist / songwriter Andrew Connor met drummer / guitarist / songwriter Richard Gintowt while they were both attending a concert. They forged a bond chatting about music (surprise!) and started practicing and performing as a duo in the fall 1999. Although Ghosty has been a going concern since 1999 and this debut full-length was recorded in 2002 and 2003, various facts of indie life kept Grow Up or Sleep In from being released until 2006, long after this lineup of Ghosty had split.
