Gregory Samsa is a Virginia band that takes influence from the early British shoegazer scene. With a Southern twist that adds a bit of dark paranoia to their sound, Gregory Samsa made their recorded debut in the summer of 2002 with an eponymous EP. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide[more]

In their third full-length album, Gregor Samsa takes a new approach to composition, both in process and instrumentation. The result is Rest; nine pieces composed over e-mail during the course of nine months by key members.
