Rock meets avant-garde music and fuses into a beautiful and ear catching album. It is a beautiful record that finds the duo exploring a combination between modern classical techniques and popsongs, reflecting their individual musical backgrounds. Emily Manzo is an accomplished and award-winning avant-garde classical pianist who has premiered the work of a number of composers and is part of an ongoing collaboration with video artist Paul Rowley based around John Cage's keyboard work from the 40s. Christy Edwards currently plays in the pop punk band The Totallys, as well as drumming in cult favorite Brute Force.
