For the 7" you're holding in your hands Static invited friends into the studio. On Headphones, it's Ronald Lippok (Tarwater, To Rococo Rot) on vocals, transforming the modular electropop into this weightless anthem. On the b-side, Ronald's brother Robert Lippok (To Rococo Rot) contributes a remix. Sometimes I'm Sad For A Few Seconds, the original version will be on the album as well, is all about the magic voice of Justine Electra. Robert Lippok strips the track down and re-arranges it in an almost Hawtin-esque minimal way.
