Hearts Japan EP

The Kitsuné label presents an exclusive mini-album by hotly-tipped New York-based electro/punk/dance artists, Heartsrevolution, with remixes from the hottest current Japanese artists, along with a selection of the band's previous singles. Heartsrevolution is a trio made up of Lo (vocals), Ben (synths/guitars) and Prince Terrence (drums). They create music that is the perfect dichotomy of energetic dance music and melodic, child-like euphoria. Since the beginning, a love story has been developing between the band and Japan - they actually played at Summersonic Festival - and this is where the idea of having their song "Dance Till Dawn" remixed by the crème de la crème of Japanese producers came from. 80kidz, Dex Pistols and AMWE all jumped at the project, and Heartsrevolution's Hearts Japan EP was created. Moreover, a fantasy manga video featuring the characters on the CD cover illustrates the song. As all the band's releases to date have been limited edition vinyl, the EP was completed by a collection of some of their songs - from love ballads to dancefloor anthems - to immerse every listener into Heartsrevolution's amazing and unique world before the release of their debut album, which is certain to set dancefloors - and hearts - on fire.
