RESTOCK. Suggesting Nick Drake fronting Spaceman 3, the deceptively calm Tram are reminiscent of Smog or even, at times, Low. The album itself is ten beautiful, mesmerizing pieces of music that stand outside of time and geography. Subtle melodies and understated vocals combine to form a musical landscape where every note is made to count. The use of Harmonium and Oboe give the songs a dreamlike, other worldly feel while Anderson's lyrics display the hard won insight of rigorous self-examination.
