Formed in 2005 around the talents of Vancouver-based visual artist Sydney Vermont and prolific indie rocker Dan Bejar (Destroyer, Swan Lake, New Pornographers), Hello, Blue Roses craft atmospheric, almost mystical folk-pop in the style of '60s visionaries such as Bill Fay and the Trees Community and new wave radio mavericks like Prefab Sprout and Kate Bush.
