Hermit Thrushes

Hermit Thrushes is an indie math pop band that hails from Philadelphia and consists of five men named Andrew Keller, Charlie Biando, Nick Brannon, Sam Tremble and Yianni Kourmadas. In July of 2008, Hermit Thrushes pressed their debut album Benaki under the indie label Single Girl Married Girl. In 2009, Joyful Noise released Hermit Thrushes latest album Slight Fountain. The summer of 2009 saw Hermit Thrushes touring extensively through the US in support of Slight Fountain. Music reviews have noted a psychedelic feel to the band's music, and advise seeing them live for the full effect "... Hermit Thrushes are best known for their live shows, during which they swap mean-spirited banter with each other, wear color-coded outfits and brandish a trumpet when needed...
