VINYL FORMAT. Three song 12" EP from High Places and Soft Circle. NY's High Places offer "Late Bloomer", a long and beautiful piece with a vocal hook that stays in your head for weeks. The way they write songs is mysterious; crashing and rhythmic collisions, whispers, bangs, clangs, sea shores, and melody seep into your body. Definitely rides the line of club banger or bedroom jammer.
Soft Circle is the solo effort of Hisham Bharoocha (formerly of Black Dice). His two contributed tracks are geared more to a dance floor inspired mass, underground disco, NY wave, etc. Always original and epic.
