RESTOCK. Randomnumber aka: Matt Robson is perhaps best known for his drumming skills for the English band Hood. Matt has since branched off to further his experimenting with beats in an electronic vein, not too much unlike his ex-bandmates gone electronic The Remote Viewer. Randomnumber's recent cd ep on Mogwai's Rock Action label has been receiving rave reviews throughout Europe press. Wanting to stir things up stateside, Matt is releasing this, his new CD ep on San Diego's Rocket Racer. Just to insure its kicked off right, randomnumber are visiting the states late March for 3 gigs in the southern CA area including Tijuana! Not entirely new to the Rocket Racer family he showcased an amazing remix on the recently released remix album for Tristeza. Keeping w/ the Rocket Racer aesthetic, this release features unique hands-on packaging made from 2 grades of sandpaper, 2 color spray-painted stenciling & potato stamped inserts all hosed in a clear jewel case. Limited to just 500 copies worldwide!
