GRAYSON LANE is the pop alter ego of psych-rock Philly
outfit SLUMBER, with a mellow lofi approach upping the intimacy factor, the
a-side has slightly distorted electrified guitar while the b-sides are more
acoustic including a cover of NICK DRAKE's "Hanging On A Star". Female
vocals with male backing vocals on the a-side, sounds like YO LA TENGO, LOW,
real quietude, pure bliss! In the band's own words, "the sound of knowing
that something has been lost and can never be found again".
