His new band brings pure melodic strength to the fore with the kind of crisp, '60s-influenced pop that the French adore (for good reason). The Tenant's debut is a unique multi-format release, consisting of the six-song CDEP Is Listening (recorded in Athens with friend/musician/producer/contributor Andy LeMaster of Now It's Overhead) and the two-song 7" Visitors (recorded/produced in Lakeland, FL by Aaron Marsh of Copeland).
