2003, Earmark (Italy)
VINYL REISSUE. One of the most important figures in British folk music, BERT JANSCH has inspired everyone from Jimmy Page to Johnny Marr. For his third release, Jack Orion (1966), Jansch chose to focus on traditional folk songs, and employed JOHN RENBOURN, who would go on to join Jansch as a member of PENTANGLE, on several tracks. All-analog mastering from the original tapes, pressed on 180-gram vinyl, and packaged with the original UK artwork. Housed in a PVC dust sleeve.
