As the lead singer of Rilo Kiley, Rabbit Fur Coat is Jenny Lewis' first solo album. This album was released on the record label Team Love, a label owned by Saddle Creek which is in part run by Jenny's alleged past significant other, Conor Oberst of Bright Eyes.
