Followed By Static

There was a thanksgiving. there were songs written and heard in time and in space and in dust and above. They turned to guitars, both electrical and acousitical, pedals,pedals and more, there was a voice, noise, and still, spotted feedback turtles. somewhere in between they found the rhythm ace.

"The newest layer of noise was brilliant. Full of intent, it grew like a mold over the noise and beat superstructure. Every aspect of their musicality threatened to negate melody and rhythm, pushing me to grasp at a dwindling theme or the last note of a groping guitar solo. Then they adopted melody - a singsong background guitar - and a strummed rhythm. Attachment or boredom was never given a chance to root because every easily grasped measure was driftwood on an angry ocean of noise."
