2006, Troubleman
(Pronounced "dis-lec-six"). French disco punk featuring the original drummer of Daft Punk. This is a repressing of their debut 7-inch that was originally released by the band. The awesome lead vocals call to mind Eve Libertine of Crass. Emi (vocalist) emits such passion and conviction that it's hard to turn away. The music recalls fellow Crass label mates Dirt mixed with the rhythmic collisions of Essential Logic. Picture the more dance-y Crass songs and you may have a starting point. 10lec6 is very rhythm-based, but also very aggressive.
