2003, Thick
Finally - the amazing 'Kisses From Hanoi' CD is available for the masses. Previously released in 2000 on the now defunct Outsider Records, this 14 song gem has been out of print for far too long. It's punk'n'roll stomp that takes its cues from the Clash or Stiff Little Fingers, with a midwestern grit and working class grind. But that's not all... we've added on the 5 song import only 'Horseshoes & Handgrenades' EP to the mix. First released on Ireland's Leprock Records but never made available in the States, H&H takes the GC5's brand of balls out rock'n'roll to a new plateau. The GC5 blend razor sharp guitars, intelligent lyrics and blue collar soul with a street punk intensity and most importantly, a sense of humor. For fans of: Dropkick Murphy's, The Popes, The Arrivals, Cock Sparrer, The Business or Swingin Utters.
