Here Paul Bley gives Pastorius the opportunity to lead his own session featuring a young Pat Metheny on guitar (also one of Metheny's first recordings), Paul Bley on keyboards and Bruce Ditmas on drums.The songs are Carla Bley / Paul Bley penned tracks except for Annette Peacock's 'Blood.'
