Love and the Sweet Divine

After playing for over a decade with the Three 4 Tens and a brief stint with Himalaya, Joe Tagg launched his new solo project: Solaram. Described as having a "thought-inducing" sound by Tagg, some of Love & The Sweet Divine is lush, misty, shoegazery - Stone Roses meets War, or Byrds meets Buzzcocks (cf. "When She Falls," "Precious Time"). "Divided Lines" rocks heavy and anthemic - think Zeppelin's Physical Graffiti or Smashing Pumpkins, but with 60s-style organs and psychedelphia attitude. Black Angels and Teardrop Explodes fans will approve.
