Formed in 2000 around artist/musicians Matt Valentine and Erika Elder, New York-based neo-psychedelic lo-fi experimental rock collective MV & EE feature a rotating cast of members who assemble behind each new project and pseudonym (Tower Recordings, MV & EE Medicine Show, the Bummer Road) to help complete the pair's self-described "lunar ragas."
